Thank you for shopping at The Peguin store! We want to ensure that you have a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 2-7 business days depending on the product type and demand. Please note that custom and personalized items may take longer to produce.
  • Processing & Fulfillment: We use Printify to fulfill all of our print-on-demand products. Once your order is processed, it will be sent to Printify for production and shipping.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier used. Below are general shipping estimates:

  • Domestic Orders (within the U.S.): Typically, shipping takes 3-7 business days after fulfillment.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control (e.g., holidays, shipping carrier delays)

Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the product(s) in your order.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time. Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrierā€™s system.

Shipping Issues

If there is an issue with your shipping (e.g., lost package, delayed shipment), please contact us at Pj.penguinstore@gmail.comĀ as soon as possible. We will work with Printify and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

  • Damaged or Lost Packages: If your item is damaged during shipping or you haven't received it, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
  • Address Issues: Please make sure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
