Return and Refund Policy
At The Peguin Store, we want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your order. Since we use Printify for fulfillment, we follow their guidelines for returns and refunds. Please read below to understand how our return policy works.
Defective or Damaged Products
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or if there is a printing error (such as incorrect design, color, or print quality), we are happy to offer you a replacement or refund.
Time Frame to Report Issues:
- Customers must report any defects or damages within 30 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
- To initiate a return or claim, please contact us at pj.penguinstore@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect or damage.
Once we confirm the issue, we will process a replacement or issue a full refund for the defective or damaged item. Note: In most cases, you do not need to return the defective or damaged product.
Non-Defective Products
- We don’t accept returns for non-defective items (wrong size, change of mind, etc.). Please double-check your order before purchasing.
- If you received the wrong size or color, please contact us within 30 days. We may offer an exchange, depending on availability.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).
- We’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
- For defective items, no return is necessary, and we’ll issue a refund or replacement once the issue is confirmed.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized items (like custom t-shirts) are not eligible for returns, except for defects or errors.
